Sipadan Water Village is a luxury over-the-water dive resort located on Mabul island near Sipadan.
This striking resort is constructed above the water, based on the Bajau style of architecture. The resort has 45 cottages with secluded sundecks and modern facilities, the best place to relax and relieve from stress after a day's worth of marine activities.
Three boat dives with guide divers are offered on a daily basis to the reefs of Kapalai, Sipadan (if permitted) and Mabul. An unlimited diving option just a few steps from your doors is available at the resort's house reef. The resort offers PADI courses. Non-divers can hire a kayak or snorkel along the shallow waters of the beach.
